The Lukas S 789 E4 is the mid-range powerhouse of the E4 cutter line, delivering 1,101 kN of cutting force — enough to achieve the top K classification on all five EN steel grades. Its 205 mm blade opening handles A-pillars, B-pillars, roof rails and door hinges in a single position, while a 42 mm round steel capacity covers structural bars and side-impact beams.
NFPA classification A8/B9/C8/D9/E9/F5 makes it one of the highest-rated cutters available to rescue teams operating under NFPA 1936 standard. At 22.8 kg it remains a one-firefighter tool and the ergonomic E4 360° handle adapts to any working angle without repositioning.
Captium™ integration enables live tool diagnostics, usage logging and geofencing direct to a connected command tablet. The integrated LED light bar operates independently of the cutting circuit, maintaining illumination even during blade actuation. Fully rated to 1,000 V for safe operation on electric and hybrid vehicles.
