About the SP 775 E4
The Lukas SP 775 E4 is the compact spreader of the E4 generation, offering the same 800 mm blade reach as the E3 predecessor with key platform upgrades. Its 698 kN maximum spreading force — available across the full stroke — makes it highly effective at door removal, roof flap and steering column displacement.
The E4 generation adds Captium™ IoT connectivity, delivering real-time performance data, maintenance alerts and geofencing to any connected device. The integrated LED light bar provides working area illumination during nighttime and low-visibility rescue operations. On-tool charging means the tool can be topped up while stored in the apparatus bay without removing the battery.
At 20.9 kg it remains practical for one-firefighter deployment. The 360° ergonomic E4 handle adapts to confined-space working angles. Squeezing force of 105 kN handles door hinge defeat and seat stabilisation. IP 58 ensures reliability in flood, rain and salt-water environments.
