About the SP 777 E4
The Lukas SP 777 E4 is the core spreader of the E4 range — versatile enough for passenger cars, vans and SUVs while capable on light commercial vehicles. With 600 kN spreading force over an 813 mm blade and the highest squeezing force in the E4 spreader range at 122 kN, it covers the widest variety of incident types.
The E4 platform upgrade brings Captium™ IoT connectivity — enabling fleet managers to monitor tool health, track deployment history and configure geofencing alerts remotely. The integrated LED light bar operates independently so rescuers maintain illumination between strokes. On-tool charging keeps the tool ready between incidents without removing the battery pack.
The 64 kN pulling force over 655 mm — slightly increased from E3 — extends its usefulness for seat displacement and steering column pulling. At 22.8 kg it remains a one-person tool, with the 360° E4 handle allowing flexible working positions in confined spaces. IP 58 rated throughout.
